HPI is a limited partnership with principles Frederic Lalou and Sylvie Moore leading the operations at their headquarters in Houston, Texas, USA. HPI has been serving its customers for over 10 years and prides itself in rapid response, quality of service, meeting order specifications and customer deadlines, all of which has resulted in significant repeat business.
Fred Lalou has over 15 years of experience in the procurement and logistics industries, with successful operations as a freight forwarder and local logistics business owner. His partner Sylvie Moore has more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas procurement operations with several years serving Total for their West African exploration operations. Together they had a vision to serve their customers with quality products and export services, and have grown their business to do just that and more.
